Bernard to be completely inadequate in representing an individual in foreclosure matters.{para}He truly believes the Mortgage companies have every right to do anything to the consumer, consumer's home, and property as they see fit.{para}He provides no monthly status nor billings for hours or actions.{para}Was constantly having to ask what he was doing.{para}In the end he lied to the courts stating that he could/would no longer represent me in the matter.
Hired Larry Bernard to make a correction to a deed. The expectation was that he would reinstate the Warranty Deed he did for me in 2012 and that it be qualified through his title company. For $350 he did a Quitclaim unqualified deed that I could have done myself. Back in the day Larry was a good lawyer, now it's all about the money. If you're looking for a good real estate lawyer this is not the place to go. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else, you've been warned.
