Porter graduated cum laude from the Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both political science and Spanish. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Experience

After law school, Attorney Porter moved to Jacksonville, where he accepted a position as Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting cases in Duval, Clay, and Nassau counties. As a prosecuting trial lawyer, he handled a wide range of cases, from misdemeanor DUI cases to the felony crime of murder.

In his current private practice, Attorney Porter's experience as a prosecutor gives us an edge for the benefit of our clients.

As the founder of the Law Offices of Jason K.S. Porter, P.A., Attorney Jason Porter has years of experience in a trial-oriented practice, providing outstanding criminal defense to clients facing DUI and other misdemeanor and felony charges, and representing individuals who have suffered personal injury through the negligence of others.

Hired Attorney

Case took OVER 2 years to complete. My appointments were canceled and rescheduled on many occasions, 90% of the time I personally had to call or email the assistant to find out what was going on with my case or for an appointment just to be told it was being worked on and told to please understand how busy Mr. Porter was and would have to call/email again a week later still looking for an appointment and get the same BS response.
