Charles Willmott provided superb advice and expert representation. He replied to every question very quickly and thoroughly. The process and outcome happened exactly as he predicted despite abnormal circumstances. I could not have selected a better attorney for my case at any price.

I waited 75 minutes past my appointment time and told the receptionist that I had to leave to get back to work. She told him I was leaving and then he came and got me. After that he asked a few questions and then said to save myself a headache, just give my ex custody and economically I'd save money if I just make a deal with my ex. That lasted 10-15 minutes. I stayed there 75mins to get nothing,wasted time. His website was good but in person, that's was different.

We strive to get to each appointment on time but sometimes court calendars do get us behind and emergencies need to be handled. My advice is always honest and to the point and sometimes it is not what people want to hear. Sorry. Good luck.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
