Service Request: Divorce ISSUE: This law firm has had my case pending for almost 2 years. * They hardly ever call back or answer * They do not inform me of the status of my case * My emails have gone ignored many times * High staff turnover has affected the tracking of paperwork for my case *I've had to manage my own case, always having to remind the lawyer and staff that my case is still pending for any action to take place My ex and I are in agreement on divorce outcomes - They are literally sitting on my case. I've reached out many times and have been told that they will look into it with no response or resolution.
