About Diane Lynn Paull, Esq.

Diane attended college and law school in Michigan. She began her career as an attorney in Michigan in 1982, working for several multi-national banks and financial institutions in the Detroit area. She was recruited by Barnett Bank in 1995, relocating to Florida for this position. Upon the sale of the Bank, Diane took the Florida Bar examination and obtained her Florida license in 2003.

Diane changed her focus to family law after joining Kurt Simpson in his law practice in Jacksonville Beach. She spent two years under Mr. Simpson’s tutelage to learn the ins and outs of family law. She became Managing Partner in 2005 upon Mr. Simpson’s retirement. Diane L. Paull at the law firm of Simpson & Paull strives to represent each case with dignity and genuine concern for their clients. Ms. Paull did a great job of handling my divorce during Covid. She was very prompt at retuning calls and very good at explaining everything and with her more than 30 years specializing in North Florida divorces brings a professionalism I doubt many can match. Her legal assistant Katie was also a big help in the office, always offering her kind help and support. I will definitely recommend Diane Paull and team for North Florida divorce matters.

Diane has been my attorney since 2002. I hired Diane when my my rights as a parent were being violated. My ex has tried every trick in the book, and Diane has been there every step of the way, always keeping my families best interest in mind. I have no hesitation recommending her to anyone.

I cannot recommend Diane highly enough! She has been with my husband and me through his divorce from his ex-wife and the subsequent custody battle for his son. She fought tooth and nail for us and won - she's one of the rare lawyers who actually cares about her clients, The entire law firm is wonderful, and we have retained them for the last 5 years, and will continue to retain them. If you need a family law representative, this is who to call!
