Downard & Associates is a law firm established in 2003 with an office in Jackson, TN. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing social security disability and (ssi), personal injury/car wrecks, medical malpractice and 2 other areas of law.

My now deceased husband first contacted him. Upon my husband's death, I contacted Mr. Downard to let him know he could drop the disability case for my husband due to his death. He told me that as the surviving spouse, I could continue the claim. We are still in the process of an appeal.
