Imad Y. Elias brings a diverse background and extensive experience to his work as a trial attorney. Born in Damascus and raised in Kuwait, Imad grew up immersed in a multicultural environment, attending French schools and forming friendships with individuals from all corners of the globe. After earning his law degree in Southern California, Imad began his career with pro bono work, representing indigent clients at the San Fernando Valley Neighborhood Legal Services. In 1994, Imad entered the private sector, focusing on employment law litigation and representing hundreds of plaintiffs in discrimination and harassment claims. In 1998, he co-founded the Law Office of Mann & Elias, where he leads the Employment Law practice. Over the years, he has successfully prosecuted over 25 jury trials and handled countless mediations and arbitrations.
