I consulted with Laura Morris following my pudendal neuralgia surgery, and the experience was extremely difficult from the beginning. I felt like I was speaking with a drill sergeant rather than an attorney. Despite liability already being accepted by the insurance company, she continued to imply that I was being untruthful — which was mind-blowing and completely unprofessional. I initially spoke with her on 11/18, at which point she requested specific documentation. I provided everything immediately, but there was repeated confusion on her end about whether she received the attachments, forcing me to resend materials multiple times. She told me she would review everything and provide feedback by Friday, 11/21, yet I never heard back. I ultimately had to follow up myself on 12/2, after recovering from surgery, just to receive a response — at which point she declined the case.
