Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.I ❤ Mr. Hankey! He made me feel at ease about my then upcoming court date. The meetings that I had with him were awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, very easy to talk to, and has a good sense of humor! The staff are great as well! My thanks go out to them all!!! Sincerely, Laura Williamson
He cared about me and we kicked butt! I would recommend him anytime!
he is a good lawyer who keeps me up to date about whats going on.
Excellent lawyer.
When I first visited the Hankey Law Office, I didn’t know what to expect. I'd been fighting for justice for a long time, and while I believed that my case had merit, I needed SSA to be convinced. Other attorneys had refused to take my case I suppose its success seemed too much of a long shot. Mr. Hankey, however, believed in me and fought for me. And the ALJ gave me a fully favorable ruling! Thank you Mr. Hankey and staff. You indeed lived up to your tagline: “Experience. Compassion. Justice."
Responsive, educated staff. Need to keep on top of communication.
He does a great Job in this capacity
I believe that Mr. Hankey is a good lawyer, but he takes to long to get anything done. I hired him in March of 2003, didn't hear anything from him until he sent me a letter informing me of my first hearing. Instead of him representing me, he sent one of his associates. They only said maybe 12 words on my behalf, and I knew when the whole hearing only took twenty minutes, that I would get turned down. So, I appealed, and didn't get a new hearing for 6 years. He was there this time, and I got it.
Sorry as a client I give a bad review. Was a client for Social Security Disability. Was hoping for just temporary relief and then go back to work when healthy. Had a case manager, they appealed at the state level in the courts. Then they gave up because the next step was the Federal level, which they said was harder because of the rules. YOU ARE A LAWYER!! You cant handle the rules of a court? It was about business not my health! I only talked to Charles Hankey once. After they dropped me I appealed to the Federal Court on my own and I am not a lawyer!! I got to the seventh circuit of appeals court. I feel they gave up and that I was treated as a number not a human being who was injured.
