Worst lawyer ever, dont hire, completely screwed me over lost my case and never heard from her again. DANGER do not hire this lady, will give you every excuse in the bool....like her dad died....3 times over...

This Woman is Completely Incompetent. She has Eaten Up ALL MY Money and Not Once has she done a Damn Thing to Get My Children Back NO Less Visitation in the Past 2 YEARS. Horrible Horrible Horrible Useless, Worthless and ARROGANT. I have had 30 + Continuances She Complains about Driving 40 Minutes to Court and I have Had Enough of Her Excuses, Excuse after Excuse. Leah Austin Will NOT Communicate With YOU as Her Client. Will NOT. She Never seems to want to Talk in Open Court with the Judge in My Presence, ALWAYS Behind Closed Doors and I am Not Disclosed as to what she or other Lawyers have discussed, Nothing is Ever On RECORD. Very Shady and I Never Received Receipts or Copies of Services, Retainer and it's been 2 years Seperated From My Spouse I Paid UP Front for My Divorce and She Still Has NOT Started it.! RUN, RUN, Run Away like Someone is Threating YOUR LIfe, Because YOUR LIFE Will Be RUINED BECAUSE OF Leah Catherine Austin. !!!! WORST LAWYER EVER AWARD. RUN RUN !

Absolutely incompetent person. Never communicated, worst advise ever. having to file a complaint against her for malfeasance. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. you will regret and get ripped off. I cant believe she still has a law license.

Ms Austin dropped the ball on my case so many times. She lied to me and the opposing attorney in multiple occasions. She did not turn in documents to the court and told the opposing attorney that I never gave it to her. Multiple times. She took money up front and never even got to court and wouldn’t refund my money. Awful attorney. Lies, unprepared, unfit.

Hired her for my divorce, biggest mistake of my life, she did nothing, nothing, cost me money. Do not hire her, useless lier, never even went to court with me, 8000 dollars, she's an idiot.

This had to have been the biggest waist of money and lie telling by one individual that I’ve ever experienced. Talks a big game but delivers ZERO. My $8,000 retainer fee was gone after two meetings, three phone calls and five emails. She is a very dishonest, unorganized and full of crap attorney. But karma will reward accordingly as it always does. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY.

Horrible experience! STAY AWAY! All money, does nothing. Disrespectful to clients. Does not look for client's best interest. Avoids phone calls and shows up in court unprepared. No professionalism at all. Lost my case due to her negligence and it cost me the custody of my children.

I found her to be very unprofessional and not all of her legal practices were on the up and up. She uses her degree to make false threats of legal action that have no actual legal standing. She avoids phone calls.

Unprofessional and is does nothing for you; talks like shes big stuff, but does nothing she says. Waste of money
