Hired Law Firm

I am very displeased with the service I have received from this law firm. I have had appointments canceled at the last minute countless times or had an appointment and the lawyer was a no show. I have been waiting on a very important service to be rendered for almost 2 years, and I am still being put off over and over again. The lawyer has been paid for this service, and I am still not getting a clear answer as to why I have not been helped.
