You should contact an immigration attorney because it appears as if you may be eligible for DACA as well as adjustment of status since you were arguably "inspected" upon your entry into the U.S. The normal processing time for both types of cases is approximately 4-6 months.

Could they have a chance to receive papers even though they were already sent for deportation?

It is unclear what you mean by "sent for deportation". If your parents were deported you could still petition for them and they could apply at the American Embassy in their country of nationality. They could file for a waiver there or stay in the U.S, and apply for a state side waiver under new regulations.
