What are the possibilities that my case will be granted if I applied for Asylum and my file was received by USCIS on March 4th 2013?

Answered by attorney Alena Shautsova
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Alena Shautsova
If you need legal advice, you should see a lawyer. A public forum can only provide general answers to general questions. Nobody can tell you the chances of your asylum claim without a detailed consultation. As to the EAD refer to I 765 form instructions.

Please , what is my options ?

You could file a Freedom of Information Act request for your records and then when you get your records, you will know the answers to your questions.

What should one do next if I-765, I-485 and I-130 was denied?

Answered by attorney David Nabow Soloway
Immigration lawyer at Kennedy, Nalepa & Soloway, P.C.
The answer to your question depends upon the reasons USCIS denied the applications. It would be wise to engage an immigration attorney who, after seeing the Denial Decision and learning the relevant information about you and your family relationship (marriage?) will be able to advise you about eligibilities, options and strategies. Some immigration law firms, including mine, offer legal services on a "flat fee" basis so that a client will know the total expense from the very beginning, and a few immigration law firms, including mine, offer an initial consultation free of charge.
