How can I bring my mother to U.S.?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
If her passport is incorrect she should get this corrected so her official documents match each other and then use that name. It sometimes takes time to get the correction but that is the best way to proceed. Sounds like she needs to start by getting the marriage certificate documentation for that to be issued correctly.
