Should I sponsor my parents in another country or when come to visit me?

You should proceed with consular processing. Having your parents enter on their visitor visa and then applying for adjustment of status contravenes the purpose of the visitor visa. The timing for consular processing is anywhere from 7 to 9 months give or take. For adjustment of status, it depends on what jurisdiction you are in. In Houston, family based adjustment cases are moving fairly fast, on average between 3 and 4 months. The filing fee for consular processing is about $900.00 plus the cost of the medical and police certificates. The filing fee for adjustment of status is $1490.00 plus the cost of the medical. Attorney fees carry from $1500.00 and up for both processes.

USCIS will issue a request for evidence to get the medical from you. You should wait until you receive this before submitting your medical and letters. Otherwise, they will be lost.
