Hello,   The USCIS has not finished mailing the receipts for our law office has been receiving receipt notices from the USCIS slowly over the past two weeks. The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), of which I am a member, anticipates that the process will go on well into the month of May. Good luck.

Can you enter back to the United States after you have completed probation?

Alan Rodolfo Diamante
Answered by attorney Alan Rodolfo Diamante (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Alan R. Diamante APLC
If his only offense is DUI or DWI, he should not have any problems returning from a brief trip. However, he must not violate probation because if he does, he risks an arrest warrant and that can cause him to be detained upon his return.

Felony probation for forgery.

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
It may be a risk to renew the green card, and you should consult with an immigration lawyer to go over your entire situation for all the options available if a problem arises. Generally speaking, forgery is a crime involving moral turpitude. In your case, dependent upon whether there was financial loss exceeding $10,000, it could possibly be deemed an aggravated felony.
