How do I file for permanent residency?

You may be eligible for a VAWA or U visa where you can file on your own. You need to seek counsel from a competent immigration attorney who handles these cases. You can also call local women's groups or advocacy groups because many will prepare these for free. Google VAWA!

What would the process be to get my parents their green card?

If both your parents came in with visas or were inspected upon their entry, you can petition (I-130) for them and they can apply for adjustment of status (I-485) simultaneously. You will need to provide copies of their entry documents to prove that they came into the country legally.
