No. They are 2 separate processes. However, once you are naturalized, you can immediately file a petition for him, or, if one was already filed, you can upgrade your status to immediate relative of a U.S. citizen. It will shorten the process.

You can contact the US consulate that issued the B1/B2 visa to see if it is still valid. However, having a valid visa is not a guarantee that you will be admitted into the US at the port of entry. The inspecting officer at the port of entry has the authority to make the final decision.
