If I got divorced outside US how can I put it into action in the US?

This question is for a family law attorney. However, the U.S. consulate should be able to guide you on the enforcement of foreign court orders. The family law attorney would most likely have to communicate with them.

It sounds like you will trigger the 10-year bar for accumulating unlawful status. You will need to complete the immigrant visa process at your home consulate and apply for a waiver of the bar.

How can i file an expungement for my husband for a conviction of evading arrest in 2008. Does he qualify for an expungement.

Expungement does not work in immigration law so do not bother. If you are doing for something else, then it is not an immigration law question.
