I recommend that you get a full consult from a competent immigration attorney who can evaluate your situation. Lying to the US government is a bad idea and can lead to unintended consequences of their own, that are very serious. If you cannot afford an attorney, there will probably be good pro bono services offered in your area for DACA cases. THere you should be able to file an attorney who handles these cases, who can assess your case and determine if any corrections are needed to your pending DACA case.
