Can my husband revoke my green card for false pretense by accusing me of pretending that I love him and marrying him?

Write down everything that he says or does to you. This is clear harassment and you may be eligible for relief. Do not be afraid. If he screams at you or anything, be absolutely sure to call the police at 911. What he says is not true. If he keeps up this behavior, you may be entitled to relief under VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), which is the law that protects women (and men in some situations) when they are being harassed like this or beaten or both.

Can I petition my mom and daughter since I still have a conditional resident card?

Justin Wang
Answered by attorney Justin Wang (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Sheppard Mullin
Your US citizen spouse can petition your daughter since your daughter was under 18 when you married your husband. You can also file petition for her but it may take 3 years for the visa number to become current. You cannot petition for your mother. You can petition for her after you become US citizen.
