Recovering visa from lying to immigration officer years ago.

Answered by attorney Harun Kazmi
Immigration lawyer at Kazmi & Sakata
Hi.  I am not sure.  I would need more information about their revocations.  However, if you are over 21 , why not file for their green cards directly. That is a better option since the tourist visas will get denied(children who are citizens-will cause a denial for a tourist).  Let me know if I can help.

Am I allowed to get married before I fix my parents' papers ? and would i be able to help my spouse get documents soon after?

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
There is a good chance that the cases will not meet – at the age of 18, you can marry and sponsor your undocumented boyfriend, but you cannot begin the sponsorship process for your mother until you are aged 21. By that time, there is a good possibility that your boyfriend’s case will be resolved. In the event that it is not, you would have to have enough in terms of income and assets to provide affidavits of support for your boyfriend and your mother unless either one has sufficient assets to ease the burden of support, or you have a joint sponsor who is a US citizen or permanent resident to take up the support obligation. Your brother is the principal beneficiary. Whoever is his wife after the the priority date becomes current and at the time he applies for immigrant visa, she will also qualify as the wife of the beneficiary also any children under 21 at that time.
