Can I still get stamp on my passport if my recent application of renewal of my green card was denied?

If you have a pending I-90 (application for renewal) you can request that a temporary stamp be placed in your passport showing that you are a permanent resident. The stamp in the passport will serve as your temporary "green card" for purposes of boarding a return flight and re-admission as a returning resident. Make an INFOPass appointment at your local USCIS office and be prepared to establish need to travel during pendancy of the application.

Can she legally travel on her current US visitor visa to US with me immediately after marriage?

As long as her intention is to abide by the terms of the tourist visa, she may legally continue to enter as a tourist. However, if border officials are suspicious they may not let her into the US so she may want to be prepared to prove she intends to return to India after the trip.

Is it possible to marry her and stay and apply for a green card?

Answered by attorney Phong Thanh Tran (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Pho Ethan Tran, PLLC
Immigrants who enter the US under the visa waiver program (VWP) can only apply for adjustment of status through an immediate relative. After you have married your US citizen girlfriend, she can petition for you on form I-130 and you can apply for adjustment of status concurrently on form I-485 with USCIS. You do not need to return to Ireland. You should wait at least 60 days after your entry before submitting the paperwork. If your application is approved, you will be granted residency status and can stay in the US legally. It's currently taking USCIS about 4-6 months to process the application before calling you and your future wife in for an interview.
