If you are legally changing your first name, you will need to notify USCIS of the name change and submit a certified copy of the order of name change to them.

Hello. It depends where he's at now and how he was returned to his home country each time. Normally, when a person is officially deported and returns illegally to the US he is barred from receiving any immigration benefit until he has 10 years outside of the US and upon approval of a waiver. Please contact me to determine how soon your husband can come back legally to the US.
