Would my application for citizenship be denied?

Answered by attorney Bruce A. Coane (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
There are many reasons why citizenship can be denied. The minimum requirements are 5 years as a permanent resident with at least half that time in the USA, no trips >1 year abroad, no arrests (with some exceptions), etc.

Can I non convicted felon get a green card?

Alan Rodolfo Diamante
Answered by attorney Alan Rodolfo Diamante (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Alan R. Diamante APLC
It is not clear if you have an adult record. If punished as a juvenile, it is not a conviction for immigration purposes. You have to leave if you never were a beneficiary of a family or labor petition. However, you can apply for the waiver in the U.S.
