Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. Why is she barred for ten years. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your wife's situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze her case and advise you of your options.

In some circumstances the receipt numbers do not come up in the case status system online. However, you should be able to get information through the Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283. If not, you can always make an INFOPASS appointment online to inquire at your local office in person. If you filed in California, it is taking between 7-10 months for these petitions to be decided.

How can I get my green card from a b2 visa?

Uncles are not close enough relatives to sponsor you for a family based "green card." Only spouses, parents or your children over 21 can who are US citizens or lawful permanent residents can sponsor you. An employer can start a long and expensive process to sponsor someone for an employment based status, but they should speak with an immigration attorney to learn more. If they want to schedule an appointment, they may contact me.
