What do I need to do to fix my husband's papers?

You can start the paperwork now. The fastest way to get everything done is by submitting the I-130, I-485, I-765 and all other accompanying documents at the same time. This would include proof of your bonafide marriage - proof of living together, proof of joint financial responsibility, pictures, etc. Submit the pictures that you have now and work on taking more pictures that you can take to the interview which is about 6 months after submitting all the paper work. I would suggest you work with an attorney in preparing your petition as failing to provide anything could cause you delay and more expense in the future.

Can I apply for the fiance visa so that my boyfriend can come back to the US?

Answered by attorney Kenneth G. Wincorn
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Kenneth G. Wincorn & Associates, P.C.
You are not a person who can sponsor him to come with a waiver for the illegal presence so he will need to wait of he left after being in the U.S. for over six months. See a lawyer for the details and exceptions if any apply.

What is the fastest way for my Japanese girl friend to come live with me here in the US?

Answered by attorney Richard Stephan Kolomejec (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Richard S. Kolomejec
If you marry her in Japan, it will take almost a year to bring her here. However, if she was visiting you in the U.S. and you proposed marriage, you can then wait a month or two and then get married. That way you could file in the U.S. without having to go back. This process is a lot easier and takes only 2 to 3 months. She must come as a visitor with a return airline ticket and not with a lot of luggage. Remember she will be coming to visit and then you will propose. That way she can stay without having to go back to process her visa.
