Will my DACA be denied because I entered the US under a false identity?

Answered by attorney Bruce A. Coane (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
No one knows how these issues will affect the case because the rule is so new. Frankly, in my personal opinion, it seems you have a good chance, but it may boil down to how you truthfully tell your story, if asked. However, my personal opinion may not be the way that DHS sees it, and no one knows how tough they may be on these cases.

When do I file for citizenship if entered US through a spouse visa but divorced after getting a 10 year green card?

Immigration lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
If you remain married, you can apply for citizenship 3 years from the date your green card was issued, not the date you entered the U.S., unless your green card was issued prior to or at the same time you entered the U.S. If you obtain a divorce, you must wait 5 years from the date your green card was issued to apply for citizenship.

If I'm a green card holder, can I leave the US with a one way ticket?

Yes, of course. There are limitations on how long you can stay out, but a roundtrip ticket is not required.
