Once you marry your fiance she can apply for you. You may want to think about applying for a fiance visa if you want to come to US and marry.

Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

How can I help my Chinese boyfriend come to the U.S?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
If the consulate knows you are getting married, they are unlikely to give him a nonimmigrant visa. the burden is on him to show he is coming temporarily and will return. If you are ready to get married, we could do a fiance visa but that requires you to get married within 90 days after he gets here or he will need to return.
