Deported in 2000 under sec. 237(a)(2)(b)(i) permanent resident 1990 conviction 1994 possession

Answered by attorney David Troy Cox
Immigration lawyer at CoxEsq, PC
If the offense was the basis for the removal action, and if it qualified as an aggravated felony for immigration purposes (and it probably did), then you are inadmissable "at any time".   The only hope for becoming admitted is to seek post-conviction relief--to attack the conviction itself.  I recommend you hire an attorney to assist you in proceeding further.

Is it possible to give papers to parents and husband or can I only give papers once?

Answered by attorney David Nabow Soloway
Immigration lawyer at Kennedy, Nalepa & Soloway, P.C.
Although your question about "giving papers" to relatives is less than clear, note that it certainly is possible to sponsor multiple relatives for immigration benefits at the same time. There really is no substitute, however, for you, your parents and your husband to consult with an immigration attorney who, after learning all of the relevant information, could advise about eligibilities, options, and strategies to attain your goals, and who then could offer legal representation in the often complex application process.

Can I travel to US with my B2 visa in February 2014?

Answered by attorney Phong Thanh Tran (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Pho Ethan Tran, PLLC
As long as the B2 visa has not be cancelled yet, it is still considered valid. However, having a valid visa is not a guarantee that you will be admitted to the US as a visitor at the point of entry.
