Hired Law Firm

It took 5 days for the correct lawyer to call me back. Apparently she takes Thursdays and Fridays off. Then when she does call, I'm told she doesn't know the answer to my simple question and doesn't even know if she can find out the answer but she did make sure to tell me that they would immediately start billing me for all forms of contact to and from them which I found distasteful. So I found a more experienced lawyer who found out the answer with a 5 minute phone call! Now that's a lawyer!
