We have known Jeffrey Spinner for many years. He has helped us through many blips in life with his expertise. He is helping us deal with Wells Fargo on a short sale of our property in Babylon that was destroyed by Superstorm Sandy in 2012. This has been a very hard time for us because we had lived there since 1974. We are elderly and have health issues. He is dedicated to helping us through this sale. We couldn't be happier with him.
I cannot believe he still has the right to practice law anywhere. He should be arrested. He was referred to me by my neighbors prior to me knowing this history. He lied and stated he was retired, had a CT License to practice, and he was actually working in Riverhead as a Judge which was illegal. He took my $7500.00 for a PJR case to represent myself and my estranged spouse. It was very clear cut and should of been over and ended but instead he started to work with the Plaintiffs attorney's on the plaintiffs behalf. He thought that because I am a disabled woman in a dire situation I was a stupid woman that would sign my deed away. Which he thought was a great idea given the circumstances that the Plaintiff breached the contract and caused me hundreds of thousands in loses. All he did was request delays. When I confronted him about the corruption, illegal actions, unethical behavior and coercion he withdraw from the case. No refund and no docs returned. Still in litigation CRIMINAL.
