Hired Attorney

Ms. Shelly M. Davis provided excellent legal service regarding family law (wills) and family estate matters on service occasions. My family at every opportunity highly recommends her legal expertise.

Hired Attorney

Relationship started out great. I was the respondent to a divorce with children. Ms. Davis took my case without hesitation. As the case went longer than we both anticipated, I offered Ms.Davis more money but she refused, however she totally drop the ball on my case and did not represent me to the fullest of her ability. Even after the divorce is final I still have to pay to have her mess cleaned up by another atty. My advice pay the money upfront to someone good to ensure no pain later.

Hired Attorney

I was referred to Shelley by Myrna. Shelley stated should would represent me for a specific fee. I paid the fee the same day. Shelley called me and state she received the payment, but she never did the work. I requested my monies be returned and she stated I never pay her. I have to track the money order I paid her with only to find she endorsed the check with her signature. Shelley is not a trustworthy attorney. She refuses to return my money. Has anybody heard of "theft by deception"?

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
