Hired Attorney

There were a few instances of miscommunications and not getting motions filed in a timely manner, but overall, was quite pleased with our experience.

The firm took months to respond to inquiries concerning major life events to include federal income taxes and substantial loss of income. The IRS threatened to report my husband and I as delinquent because the firm did not follow through with with submitting documentation. My husband and I were not aware that we were listed as delinquent until a year later. My husband and I have had a great number of issues with this law firm. Definitely NOT a responsive and client oriented lawyer.

Hired Attorney

Very friendly & knowledgeable, but VERY unresponsive to our questions. Very slow to file after we submitted paperwork to her office - 2 months+ - with no explanation. Repeatedly promised to file by a certain date and didn't. Appeared to have taken on much too large a caseload for the size of her staff. Did not act quickly enough and we lost options that could have averted a foreclosure on our house. Office staff not knowledgeable. Would have hired another attorney if we hadn't already paid her.
