Hired Law Firm

Working with this law firm Merrill and Associates was a great experience. Attorney Roger Merrill recently just settled my case and I was not disappointed. He works in a very professional high rise building overlooking the Galleria area with a doorman out front which is an upscale part of Houston. Upon finishing my therapy and medical treatment my case was settled in a timely manner in which I was very satisfied he played hardball during negotiations and got me a settlement offer that was fair and pleasing for me and my family just in time for the holidays! Mr. Merrill is a very nice professional individual that lets you know everything is going to be okay during a very stressful time when I was suffering from injuries and my car being damaged I was immediately put in a rental car and my car was repaired quickly thanks to Attorney Roger Merrill I highly recommend him! Hired Attorney Roger Merrill

I found this man to be unfair re. settling my accident case, plus his surprised rebukes of me during ph. mediation. I was shocked & felt "sold out!!" He definitely lied re. the settlement amt. determined during mediation & w/the Mediator's approval, by later settling my & another client's case for a very small fraction of the mediated amount we ALL agreed on, leaving us in debt. Upon discovery of this & when confronted, he lied again & said in a loud voice: "you gave me permission to settle your case for that amt.," then said that he "told us in advance that the settlement would be small" (another lie). During ph mediation, he claimed that "the Jury didn't believe I was hurt!" (despite mounds of evidence: photos, med. records & surgery) & there "was not much in my medical files & that's what the Jury goes on & looks for." He lied again: -there was a lot & there never was a Jury... I asked 3 times for Jury evidence, he later lied & said he meant a "hypothetical Jury."
