I needed some seasoned advice about how to handle my dad’s estate after he passed and Melanie provided me a great framework for getting started. She asked thoughtful questions with an eye toward the future and possible complications, and had a good understanding of how various processes might keep all of this as straightforward as possible. It was a comfort to have her experience to guide me, as I think this might be the only time I might need to know. It was nice to not have to learn it all myself (or the hard way)
