My wife was involved with the GM recall, we contacted Matthews and Associates and Marla Brisko took our case,at each hurdle GM turned us down but MARLA and her team tried another avenue fighting for my wife, after thinking there's no Justice Marla and her team tried one more thing and won our case. I was involved in a legal dispute with neighbors north of Houston and a runaway HOA that was making arbitrary decisions which destroyed our peace of mind as well as our home value. So far so good. They have been on my IVC claim for a few years and I know these things take time and I have been patient somewhat. Waiting now for the packet to arrive for settlement amount. I pray it covers at least medical cost still hanging and the loss of lifestyle and no work now for over a year. Will soon see but will say they have been extremely generous and helpful alone they way and we appreciate everything they are doing. Also got nice flowers and fruit basket at the hospital.
They are fair.
Very poor at returning phone calls. Lies about where lawyers are when requesting to speak to them and not only that the lawyers blatantly refuse to talk to you or return phone calls I had to contact and write a letter to the bar association to get lawyer to return phone call to get any information and get my questions answered.. This law firm does not keep their clients up to date on what is happening in their case. They refer you to their webpage but once there you find NO updates.
I was told my case was won but I have yet to see my money they took a big percentage from the settlement now they're saying that I am to wait and see if I owe the government any money I still after month have not seen my settlement I'm wondering if they are legit or did they just take me for what I received in the settlement. I don't have much and was depending on this money, please help me, see that this firm do the right thing by those who have put trust in them.
