I worked with Mark on my NIW and he was of a great help, he doesn't let you deal with para-legals as other do, you will have direct communication with him everytime you need to. I understand some times it is difficult to get him over the phone from the first attempt as he will be with other customers but often he calls or texts you back. I personally and honestly can say he was very efficient, knowledgeable and provided me with guidance all over my process. $ fee wise I found him by far the less costly option in the market on top of that you'll get a direct interaction with the lawyer himself. I recommend whoever looking for a good laywer for NIW to approach him asap. One last thing don't get afraid when he uses some strong language when sending out your petition or RFE as he knows what he is doing. Great job Mark and thank you for your fantastic effort and work.
Non-responsive, poor service quality or service and I can never recommend anyone there. He might be good but I have had the worst experience ever. He never returned my calls and emails, a month after I paid and only replied six month later with recommendation letter, I asked questions and since then no response. This is the ninth month now!
