Hired Attorney Mr. Marc A. Zito

My husband retained this firm, to file an injury claim against BNSF Railway. Zito took the case on contingency basis. After several years of their representation on this case, having Dr.'s Statement declared inadmissible, taking it to appeal, etc. It was denied. Two years into it that we had to pay for the railroads attorney's fee's to the tune of $8,000. Today when husband called to check the status of the suit, he was informed that it was dismissed last September. No one had informed us.
