Hired Law Firm

My husband retained this firm to file an injury claim against BNSF Railway. They took the case on contingency basis. After several years of their representation on this case, having Dr.'s Statement declared inadmissible, taking it to appeal, etc. It was denied. Two years into it that we had to pay for the railroads attorney's fee's to the tune of $8,000. Today when husband called to check the status of the suit, he was informed that it was dismissed last September. No one had informed us.

Hired Attorney Mr. Marc Zito

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
