Hired Attorney Mr. Brett Podolsky

I was falsely accused for indecency with a child by contact. I hired Brett Podolsky after being sold out in my own habeas corpus hearing by a court appointed attorney. The state attempted to replace the first outcry witness for recently being convicted as a sex offender himself, Brett said nuh uh, not today. Apart from that the minor admitted that the outcry witness planned the outcry. It was over. Brett Podolsky stomped his foot down and said enough. This man will fight for you.

Brett Podolsky represented me in a major possesion with intent to deliver methamphetamine case. I was looking at a possible life sentence. I had been through two lawyers and several months of coming to court and the DA was intent on sending me to prison for a long time. Neither of my previous lawyers could get anywhere ......
When it was all said an done. HE HAD EVERYTHING DISMISSED
