WAS REARENDED IN MVA TOTALED MY CAR.. AFTER RACKING UP $26,000 IN MEDICAL BILLS HIS OFFICE WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET ME $1200 FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING. THE INSURANCE COMPANY ONLY PAID $17000 NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO COVER MY MEDICAL BILLS, BUT THEY GOT "REDUCTIONS" IN MY BILLS. JUST NOT HAPPY WITH THE MONEY PORTION. EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND.
Was never contacted to let me know how my case was progressing. Had to call the law firm several times before I got a response. I got the impression that my case was never very important to them.
Had a back injury from an on the job incident his had states that they will take any case of this nature when I mentioned that I worked for a temorary agency they would not touch the case
He couldn't win my case. He referrer me to some other lawyer.
They are unorganized and kept asking the same things. For some reason they kept trying to say we had a previous attorney on the case which was false and maybe just some type of ploy for them to get more money out of it. When they were only to get a portion of the settlement, it went from around 40% to 67%. I'll never use or recommend them ever again. I could have done much better without having hired an attorney.
