Demetrious House. That’s all I can say. My father and I have been working with this law firm for a divorce/custody case for the past few months. Today was our court date and our lawyer Demetrious House with Edwards Law firm shows up 30 minutes late to our court. She does not brief us and help us prepare for our court and questioning. She tries to get our court reset because she was not prepared and she was denied the ability to reset the court date, so she had to wing it on the spot. As expected she did a terrible job and we ended up getting a terrible judgement. We paid her law firm (Edwards Law Firm) 3,000+ dollars to stand there and look like an imbecile , we also had to pay for the opposing sides lawyer which was another 5,000$. Im not sure if the law firm is to blame or if they need to get rid of Demetrious house. But I highly recommend readers on this page to not use this law firm. Trashiest lawyer I’ve ever used.

Mr.John Lester, the assigned attorney on my divorce case failed to support and did not provide any of the necessary documents and evidences to win a custody over my 2 kids on June 9th, 2022. Although temporary orders hearing finalized with a sharing custody that gives us 50/50 rights over children, the signed orders says otherwise. Despite the facts that a mother of my kids is tried to suicide twice, she's mentally ill and there have been many court order pick up and drop off, zoom call violations, there are proofs that she's not a right caregiver parent, she shouldn't been trusted with my kids. I hired Mr.John Lester on July 14th, 2021 and I signed a contract with his hourly rate of $250. I never been provided a detailed bill (although I've asked for a few times). Lately I've been receiving only bills to pay and it brought concerns to my attention. I asked for a detailed bill again, and it says he charges me $350/hr. This is wrong. That's not what we agreed on
