Hiring an attorney who performs the bare minimum in regaining your justice feels more criminal than the crime itself. Working with David was very difficult as he did not appear in any court dates nor would he return any phone calls. Upon our first meet, the consultation felt genuine and I trusted him with my future except this case stretched out for years as it dehumanized me attending these trials without a professional defense. I would not recommend anyone this attorney unless you don’t care about yourself because he is someone who will not care about you, either.
Worst experience ever! He does not return phone calls and after giving him the advanced payment, he did not follow up on any of his guarantees within the first 2 weeks so I had to fire him, request a refund, and hire a new lawyer! It has been over 3 months and he is avoiding my phone calls to get my refund. I am in the process of working with the state bar to file a certified letter to send to him and if he continues to avoid me, the state bar will intervene! He is a scam!
Worst Lawyer ever!!! Doesn't answer calls and did not help with case from the start. Asked for refund of retainer to get a different lawyer & still haven't received it. Scum Bag & should be disbarred. He is why lawyers have a BAD wrap !!! Crook and would never recommend him.
