My wife and I have been thinking about doing our last will and testament, but never got around doing it. Finally we decided to do it with the help of Daniel McCarty. He walked us through all the documents and answered all the questions that we had. We were very satisfied with him and will probably go back to his practice is needed in the future.

Dan assisted me with my Divorce - with children and to be honest I don't think there is enough time or space here to describe how amazing he is. While my ex and I made all the decisions about what we wanted from our Divorce - with children there were constant issues with the other side with things such as missing language in documents, incorrect filings, and extremely long wait times to the point my ex was beyond frustrated with his own attorney but through it all Dan was there for me. I never spoke with anyone but him. He was always a phone call or email away. His responsiveness was amazing, he even went so far as to take time out of his weekend to lay out word for word how our decree needed to read to the other party when they continued to fail to make corrections. Beyond that he explained everything to me in full, always ensuring I understood what everything was or meant, why it needed to be included in our decree, what my next steps were and how to cross the finish line. My husband and I were in need of a will, power of attorney, etc. We had no clue how to start looking. Looked for one in Conroe but was not sure who would be worth using. Our son and his wife had just had their wills done with Mr. McCarty, Jr. and suggested that we use him. After talking to him on the phone I realized this was not going to be as difficult as we had thought. We had always thought it would take several visits to the attorney's office, which neither of us had time to do since we both worked full time. So we just kept putting it off, but I always worried about something happening to one or both of us and then what would happen with our children. Our children are grown and on their own but we still needed the wills done. He made it very easy and we only made one trip to his office to sign all the documents. My husband was a bit leary of getting them done and going to sign, but he was glad we did and he was very impressed and happy with Dan, and that says a lot.
