My first phone call to Criaco & Samperi was with Kyle. He sent over to me after reviewing my option and then I received a phone call from Mr. Adam Criaco. He let me know my option after a slip and fall accident. Adam is an amazing attornwy. He prepared me with what was ahead. We don't have to go to trial. He is straight forward and direct, and you can appreciate that, sometimes talks a little fast, you just have to let him know that and ask ask him to explain and simplify. FIRST THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY REQUEST UNTIL THE VERY LAST MINUTE. I HAD TO REMIND THEM THAT THE TIME LIMIT WAS RUNNING OUT ON OUR LAWSUIT. THEY SUPPOSEDLY SENT PAPERWORK WE NEVER RECEIVED 3 TIMES, THEN THEY LOST PAPERWORK THAT WE FAXED TO THEM AND I HAD TO CONTINUALLY CALL THEM TO REMIND THEM TO DO THEIR JOB. THEY WOULD SAY THAT I WOULD RECEIVED WORD FROM THEM IN A FEW HOURS AND 3 DAYS LATER, I WOULD CALL TO REMIND THEM THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CALL ME AND TELL ME WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO.
Mr. Criaco represented me in a PI case many years ago. He was unresponsive. He acted like I was a burden when I did get in touch with him. He didn't prepare me for deposition. He barely paid attention while I was being deposed. After the deposition went unfavorably (go figure), he dropped my case. Only after going to law school myself was I able to realize what a bad job he did. I hear from other lawyers that he's good, but that was definitely not my experience.
