Hired Attorney

Very impressed from the moment I hired Cordt to handle both felony and misdemeanor charges. He was always upfront with advice and keeping me up to date. He fought hard for my cases and got me the results beyond my highest expectations - both resulting in PTI and subsequent dismissal. Incredibly thankful and indebted to Cordt and his office for the hard work and professionalism.

Mr. Akers represented me when I was charged with felony theft. I was accused of stealing a bag which contained items belonging to off-duty police officers. A felony conviction of this nature would have prevented me from practicing my chosen career. Due to the gravity of the charges against me, I knew that I needed immediate, proven and effective representation. Ultimately Cordt was able to get the charges against me dismissed, for which I am truly grateful. I fully recommend Mr. Cordt Akers.

This guy did not drop any of my charges. He disgustingly lies and tells all his clients saying that he dropped it. I do not prefer nor recommend this terrible lawyer look elsewhere and commit to a different person to represent you. Trust me you will thank me. Or just gear towards a district attorney or court appointed. Because this guy is an example of the worse paid person representing you.

Hired Attorney

I had a case for a long time. We chose this lawyer because we heard his work was decent. But that is wrong. We have a pending case that observing and researching other lawyers it could have been removed after the fourth court date. But he asked us to put more money down each time to ensure the case would be removed. But the asking of the more and more money is to much and nothing is happening. There’s district attorney that do better work in a short period of time also He chooses which cases he wants to dismissed even if your paying him more and more. I’m from Texas and out of state people with more ethic names get better solutions than this. It’s best to talk to people you trust and ask around. I wouldn’t recommend.
