Sometimes had to wait to hear back until the next day, but they handled my case quickly and the settlement paid for the bills that stacked up back when I couldn't work.

Hired Attorney Angel Reyes III

This law firm led me on for two years then dropped the case. I never received a penny. My personal insurance ended up paying for this entire matter. They kept stringing me along dropped my case two months before the statute expired. The case was so convoluted that I could not find a lawyer in Austin to touch the case.

They won my case but they took a year and half to win it. Also kept my settlement check for 2 months. They received it in January and they called on late March almost April to hand me the check which said February . I tried to leave a review on Google but I couldn't, they blocked me.

They take too long 😪 and very rude. Daisy and Alex. Darius was nice. But Gracie no. She take too long on returning calls or emails. Better look for another lawyer in the future.

They are terrible about getting back to you (once you sign that contract). My case took almost 2 years to close (while I was on disability, so $ was tight), but I was sort of ready for that part because claims against insurance do take time. My big issue was once it settled, they received 4 and half times what I received and it didn't go to trial. They will tell you what doctors to see and procedures to get, while it only pads their accounts by pushing up the settlement amounts they can ask for. And they told me to decline procedures that would have helped, which I am now left paying for all of that (still being treated for things that will last my lifetime). Also, once it settled, it took them 6 months to get me my check. YES, you read that right 6 MONTHS! Again, with me not able to work (mostly due to them ignoring my several calls, VMs and texts). Do not fall for it from these guys. They do not care about the clients.

I will never use this law firm again. I had never had a law firm that gets more money than the client in the case. They are only interested in getting the most for themselves. I mean do not waste your time. I am a very unhappy customer. They sent a letter to a medical insurance company that had nothing to do with my claim. Why? Then they want me to sign something stating if a claim comes up they are not responsible. Just ignorance. I am so disappointed. Do not be fooled by the good reviews.

Stay away. My advice is you should seek representation elsewhere. Unprofessional and poor communication. Their handling of my case was the worst I’ve seen.
