Many thanks to Robert, Julio, and Jose for helping me resolve an urgent and sensitive matter related to my finances. The intake process with Jose was super easy and the case manager Julio was super professional, efficient , and very orga- he let me know exactly what to expect each step of the way which was valuable to me because I don’t have much experience in this area.
