Working with Kim and her staff through 2 estates has been the best experience I could ask for under the given circumstances. She and her staff are all incredibly compassionate, kind, caring, thorough, and very responsive in a timely manner. I could not have asked for more in an attorney/client relationship and would recommend Kim above any other attorney in the area and I worked with another before her that made me value Kim’s team even more! I learned how they treat clients is not the norm for all estate attorneys and I am honored Kim took both my cases and assisted so much through the entire process.

Kim Steffan has handled most of my and my husband's legal matters over the past two decades--wills, health care POAs, etc, and has done so efficiently and reliably. She's taken the time to get to know both of us and our specific interests/preferences and values, and thus has always taken care to highlight sections of such "conventional" documents where we may wish to do something differently. Along this line, Kim has also helped me navigate less conventional legal matters (do I want to think about starting a nonprofit? What are the legal and financial pros and cons of setting up some sort of trust for a relative?) She listens to what I would like to accomplish, and then shares her expertise- and experience regarding the most efficient, cost-effective ways to achieve those aims. Her advice to me has always seemed so much broader than strictly legal (this is what comes from paying attention to her clients' values) and for this I am very grateful.
